The four different models of townhomes at Regal Palms offer outstanding design, top quality construction, high level specification, excellent value and superb on-site leisure facilities. Regal Palms is a walled and gated community.

There is a choice of four different townhome models, the Antigua, Cayman, Jamaica and the Bermuda, offering spacious and attractive accommodation and built in groups of four, five and six units, with tropical landscaped gardens and a decorative brick paved parking area for two cars.

Luxurious specifications include a comprehensive furnishings package, central air-conditioning, a fully equipped luxury kitchen with electrical appliances, upgraded carpets, ceramic tiles in the entrance foyer, kitchen, breakfast room and all bathrooms along with a computerised key entry system.
