At Superior we pride ourselves on design and build quality. We have a highly qualified staff of community builders in our employ, and our construction team builds each home to meet local regulations and standards.

Our goal is to eliminate all defects during construction that might turn into frustrations for our customers later. This is why we monitor daily activities and inspect all work to ensure that the highest quality is attained during each phase of construction.

All new properties enjoy six months free maintenance, a one year guarantee on installations, five year guarantee on taps and windows, and a ten year guarantee on house structure.

Furthermore, the Superior Group only offers properties for sale that meet our strict quality control standards. Every new or resale property is checked by our legal and architectural departments to ensure that all aspects of your purchase are in order.

Regal Oaks lies directly behind and borders onto Old Town, Kissimmee, and is, as its name suggests, set in an amazing forested conservation area. As you can see from the aerial photographs below, we are progressing well with the infrastructure on this vast site. The next stage is to integrate these facilities into the county's main utilities system and construct a road network to connect the site to County Road 54 (Ronald Reagan Parkway). As soon as this is possible we will update this page accordingly.

These are the latest construction images taken at our Mediterrania-Saidia project, phase AP4 in Morocco. AP4 is likely to interest those who want to be in a secluded area, but still within reasonable walking distance of amenities and the beach. With the front blocks overlooking the golf course, the ones at the back have the privilege to enjoy the beauty of the Rif mountains.

AP6 is one of the corner stones of Fadesa, completion will be early next year, with the commercial centre on your doorstep it will be ideal for the families and children. Some of these apartments will have the marina and gardens from the commercial views.

AP2 consists of 450 apartments. Very good investment, only 7 minutes from the beach.

The marina with an area of 120,000m2 will be the biggest in the Mediterranean Sea. 840 boats can moor in this spectacular port, and you will be able to admire boats from 7m up to the luxury 60m yachts. Surrounded by restaurants and from there weaving into the magnificent typical Moroccan Souk area.

V1 villas - as you enter the resort on the left hand side the golf course you will enter this beautiful corner development of villas. All the outside villas are front line golf. As it is only 300m from the beach front and 700m from the commercial centre, it is ideal for those people who like a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
