You may already know where you want to buy but, for really making up your mind, nothing beats getting to know an area and seeing a selection of properties for yourself. Our low-cost property viewing trips are simple to arrange and typically last 4 days and 3 nights - or, if you have already organized your travel, we can meet you during your stay.

Follow these simple steps to finding your dream property:

Step 1

Phone your local Superior office and let our representative know if you are looking at a property for investment, holidays or retirement, and if you would like to be close to the beach, on a golf or resort complex or in a town.

Step 2

Let us take away the hassle by booking your travel arrangements. Receive your personal itinerary and flight booking reference in advance.

Step 3

Depart from your selected home airport.

Step 4

Arrive at your destination airport where you will be met by a Superior representative and taken by car to check into your accommodation

Step 5

Inspect the area and selected properties with your Superior representative.

Step 6

Enjoy lunch, followed by more viewings.

Step 7

If you wish, meet with a financial and legal expert to help guide you through the buying process.

Step 8

Re-visit properties of interest.

Step 9

Conclude any business and pay any relevent deposit to secure your chosen property.

Step 10

Return to your departure airport with your Superior representative.

Step 11

Talk to Superior to discuss any further details.
